The Company’s funds are to be used to evaluate development potential and continue exploration, specifically to:

• Complete evaluation studies at Woodlawn, continue exploration and subject to study results, commence development
• Further evaluate Lewis Ponds
• Identify and acquire an interest in new mineral properties that may contribute to the Company developing an early cash flow within its areas of interest; and
• Meet corporate administrative costs.
