Lewis Ponds

Potential

Lewis Ponds is expected to become a standalone project with its evaluation and development funded by cash flow from the Woodlawn project.

A scoping study has identified a potential mine life of over six years at a production rate of 400,000 tonnes per annum.

Location

Lewis Ponds is located 200 kilometres west of Sydney and 15 kilometres east of Orange, NSW.

The district covers part of an extensive Silurian volcanic and sedimentary belt that hosts the major volcanic-hosted base metal massive sulphide deposits of the Lachlan Fold Belt.

Status

The Lewis Ponds Project has an Indicated and Inferred Resource of 6.6 million tonnes at 1.5 g/t Au, 69 g/t Ag, 2.4% Zn, 0.2% Cu and 1.4% Pb at >3.0% ZnEq. This resource consists of two mineralised bodies, the Main Zone and Tom's Zone.

The Company will progress the project to pre-feasibility study status when development is achieved at Woodlawn. Meanwhile, exploration will continue in an effort to add to the current resources of the project.
